Hey there! I’m Zoe

My deepest love is building community around wilderness & mindfulness, hence… WILD MINDS.

Over the past 15 years as a therapist and wilderness guide, I’ve seen that the greatest transformation happens with sustained practice while in community.

That is why I have created ways to work with me beyond just 1:1, in a collective space, where you can gain insight from fellow adventurers, healers, creators, coaches, and business owners.

 
 

As a career oriented creative who is at the very heart of what you do, your work is not just an expression of creativity, it is infused with your values and vision for our world

It also means that when you hit a challenge in your personal life, it can have a huge effect on your work, and vice versa.

And let’s be real, our world has been filled with A LOT of challenges these past couple years… from the pandemic, to the climate crisis, and major political upheaval.

You are definitely not alone if you sometimes find it difficult to stay focused or excited about your work (or anything else).
