Mindfulness & Group Therapy Inner Resilience Program


During this unprecedented pandemic, we are facing unique challenges, being called to respond in new ways, and having to process deep feelings of uncertainty, fear, and grief.

Now more than ever, we need to find touchstones of community where we can connect, process feelings in a safe environment, and explore what moving forward with purpose looks like. And one of the huge benefits of having a mindfulness and meditation practice is that it can help you develop an inner strength that allows you to respond rather than react.

Throughout this program, you will get individualized support along with meeting bi-weekly for one hour as a group. There will be a guided meditation, short talk, and time for you to check-in and connect.

  • Learn basic mindfulness & meditation practices

  • Receive guidance on how to navigate strong emotions like fear and grief

  • Develop a formal sitting meditation practice that works for you

  • Join others in a safe environment to talk about what you are going through

  • Identify the strengths and qualities you want to expand on moving forward
