Rest, Restore, Remember

A FREE DAYLONG VIRTUAL RETREAT

On Nov. 29th, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, we will gather virtually to pause, put down distractions, and remember that the body, mind, and heart do know how to calm down.

The holidays can often be filled with a lot of commotion and people and things and food and feelings, and so much more.

So this day is all about you.

It will be structured around going inward and inviting more space, stillness, and silence.

During our time together we will engage in practices both restorative and heart-opening. You can expect to:

  • Rest your mind, body, and spirit

  • Restore a sense of ease and wellbeing

  • Remember what is important to you

I will be guiding the practices of sitting meditation, mindful walking, reflective journaling and offering teachings throughout the day.

This offering is part of the culmination of a two-year meditation teacher certification program that I will be completing, January 2021.

I am offering this daylong virtual retreat for free and would absolutely love to have you be a part of it.
